A hydraulic twister arm exerciser with 20 resistance levels from 22 to 440lbs, for working the arms, chest, shoulders and back at home.
Instead of a spring, it uses a hydraulic cylinder with a micro-rebound action, so the arms return under control rather than snapping back. Bend it inwards to work the chest and arms, and set the resistance to suit you.
The frame is cast steel in a triangular shape, and the TPR rubber grips stop your hands slipping. At 43cm long it is small enough to store almost anywhere.
