A 30kg adjustable weight set that works as a pair of dumbbells or, with the connecting rod, as a barbell – 16 plates and three bars included.
Use the two dumbbell bars for curls, presses and raises, then join them with the connecting rod to make a barbell for squats and heavier lifts. The plates come in four sizes – 2.5kg, 2kg, 1.5kg and 1.25kg – so you can increase the load in small steps.
The plates are made from sand-filled HDPE, have non-slip grips on the bars and stack neatly when not in use.
